You provide the drawings and requirements. We identify suitable suppliers, clarify the work and provide a quotation. Once accepted, we coordinate production, arrange agreed inspections and prepare the goods for packing and dispatch.
This is a component-supply quotation, rather than a supplier introduction alone. Our team coordinates the order and follows up on issues. Simon remains your principal contact. The quotation names the selling entity and sets out payment, acceptance and delivery terms.

Resolve the issue visibly.
Identify the affected parts and report the finding. Coordinate the proposed correction, any required recheck and its effect on timing. Record the authorised acceptance or release decision; shipping plans do not replace that decision.
Keep the conversation open.
Tell us about receiving or product concerns, with the order details and supporting information. For our supply orders, we follow up with the supplier and coordinate the response under the agreed terms. Feed the findings into the next order.
For a standalone service, follow-up activities and the point at which the assignment ends are agreed in its scope. Product acceptance, warranty and cost responsibilities remain subject to the relevant order or service terms.

Yes. Hongdu can undertake a defined supplier search based on your drawings, quantities and technical requirements. The agreed handover can include a shortlist, capability comparison and open questions. Factory audits, samples, production and inspection are commissioned separately where required.
What does a complete component-supply quotation cover?
We match suppliers to your requirements and quote for component supply. Once the quotation is accepted, we coordinate manufacture, agreed checks, packing and dispatch. The quotation identifies the selling entity, scope, payment terms, acceptance requirements and delivery responsibilities.
Can you inspect goods from a supplier we already use?
Yes. You can commission inspection support for an existing supplier. Before the visit, we agree the drawings, batch, checks, available equipment, reporting and acceptance or release authority. Specialist testing is arranged separately where required; a warehouse receipt is not a technical product inspection.
