01 / Complete component supply

Ask Hongdu to quote for the part.

You send the requirement. We match suppliers and quote for the agreed component and delivery scope. Once the quotation is accepted, we bring together manufacture, inspection, packing and shipment.

  • Your purchase: the specified component, with the services included in the quotation.
  • Ordering and payment: follow the supply quotation and order, which name the selling and invoicing entity.
  • If an issue arises: bring it to us. We follow up with the supplier and coordinate the response under the supply terms.

02 / Individual support

Keep your purchasing arrangement.

Commission a supplier search, audit, technical review or order follow-up. You can retain direct purchasing relationships with the factory and ask us to cover a specific assignment.

  • Your purchase from Hongdu: the agreed service and its deliverables.
  • Ordering and payment: under direct purchasing, your product order and payment remain with the factory; our service is quoted separately.
  • If an issue arises: we investigate or follow up within the commissioned scope; the product transaction remains under your supplier agreement.

Before committing, confirm the named contracting parties, payment recipient, acceptance authority and delivery terms in the quotation. Warehouse receiving is not technical product acceptance.

Hongdu Advisory is our international business brand. Quotations and transaction documents identify the relevant contracting and invoicing parties.

Common questions

Before we
start working.

Can we engage you only to find a supplier?

Yes. We can scope an assignment around supplier identification and assessment, with a shortlist and agreed findings. Any support with sampling, production or inspection is a separate choice.

Can we purchase directly from the factory?

Yes, a defined support assignment can fit around your direct purchasing arrangement. We agree which discussions we handle and which commercial decisions remain with you.

Can Hongdu quote for the finished component?

Yes. Drawing-based component supply is the established model behind our long-standing relationship with a UK manufacturer. We review the requirement and quote for the agreed product and delivery scope.

Can you work with suppliers we already have?

Yes. Factory assessment, production follow-up, inspection and warehouse support can be agreed for customer-nominated suppliers.

Do you have a standard price list?

Requirements vary by component and assignment. We provide a quotation after reviewing the scope, rather than applying a universal fee to every project.

Can we start with a small order?

A sample or trial batch may be a sensible first step. Feasibility depends on tooling, material availability, process economics and the qualification requirements.

What happens if a problem is found?

We report the issue and its likely effect, coordinate proposed corrective actions and seek the required approvals. Responsibility and costs are addressed against the agreed order or service terms.

Does warehouse receiving mean the product has passed inspection?

No. Receiving checks and technical acceptance are different activities. Product inspection must be specified separately.

How do we send drawings?

Send an initial enquiry through Contact or email Simon. We can discuss confidentiality and an NDA before drawings are shared. The website form does not upload attachments.
