Core Services
Each service covers a specific stage of the manufacturing process. Engage us for one or all four — every engagement is managed directly by Simon.
We identify, screen, and qualify Chinese suppliers based on technical capability, process maturity, and production stability — not price alone. Qualification includes on-site audits, process capability assessment, and quality systems review. We do not maintain a preferred supplier panel.
Before supplier nomination or price negotiation, we review your drawings to assess feasibility, establish realistic target prices, and flag process risks. Cost drivers — material, machining, welding, heat treatment, logistics — are broken down so your procurement team negotiates from engineering knowledge.
We act as your technical representative during production — monitoring critical process steps directly on the factory floor. Furnace cycles, welding parameters, material traceability, batch segregation. We do not rely on factory self-reporting. Every visit produces a written English report with photos and findings.
Independent inspection before shipment leaves China — dimensional checks against drawings, mechanical testing, documentation review, and full traceability verification. We provide objective, third-party records, not factory self-inspection sheets.
