Direct attendance during critical production stages. Furnace loading, process parameter monitoring, batch segregation, real-time reporting.

Hardness testing, metallographic examination, dimensional checks, and full material traceability verification before release.

Heat Treatment Is a "Black Box" — Unless You Control It

Quality cannot be verified by appearance alone. A component can look perfect and be fundamentally wrong. We ensure the correct furnace type is used, process parameters match the specification, batches are correctly segregated, and all findings are documented in English.
